This benign prostatic hypertrophy does not increase the risks of developing true prostate cancer. It is not a pre-cancerous disease. Prostate laser surgery and anticoagulant therapy
In a multicenter trial published in May, 2009, carried out by DESCAZEAUD, the Committee of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) in men of the French Urology Association studied the efficiency and reliability of benign prostate hypertrophy surgical treatment by laser in patients under oral anticoagulation therapy. COUMADIN ® or platelet antiaggregant therapy as PLAVIX ® (Clopidogrel) we're considered equally.
